Cestrian Recycling Results 2011

Over the last few years, Cestrian have put a great deal of effort into raising the environmental bar across our business.

We recognised the importance of an Environmental Management System, not only on the environment but also for our clients.

Although we have been recycling where we can for years, it has only been in the last 12 months we have had the tools to accurately monitor and record results in line with ISO14001.

From January 2011 to the end of December 2011 we have recycled a total of 208.5 tonnes. Our recycling rate has been an average of 53% way above our target of 40% and we even achieved 100% recycle rate in November!

Cestrian are committed to the continual improvement of its environmental performance at all stages of business planning, development, production and marketing. By periodically reviewing our current environmental efficiency, setting environmental objectives and acting upon them Cestrian ensures that it is constantly striving for optimal environmental performance. With this in mind we have raised are recycling target to 75% in 2012.
